Cleartool lsclients returns incorrect information

cleartool lsclient command returns information about hosts that should have been dropped from the client_lists.db file on Microsoft® Windows®, UNIX® and Linux®. Symptom The lsclients command should list all the clients for a given registry or license host. If a client does not access the server for 30 days, it is supposed to be dropped from the list.
