  1. Trying to load one directory using CCRC

  2. Updating a CCWeb view

Problems performing ClearCase operation:
CCWeb: Error: Unable to open clearcase snapshot view registry:Permission denied.

Cause

The following are possible causes for this error:

  1. Invalid characters are being used in file names being loaded (such as -_?*)
  2. The users home directory may not be mounted or cannot be accessed. There is also a file ".ccase_svreg" in the user's home directory which may not be accessible during the view update. Access to the .ccase_svreg file is needed to perform the update.
